Privacy notice
This notice explains what Scaled Sales does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That may mean preparing your buyer map and writing back to you about it. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months, so we have a record if you write to us again, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. Only the people at Scaled Sales who handle your request can see them, along with the service providers that host this site and store our messages on our behalf.
Stopping contact and deleting your details
You can reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, or to see a copy of it, write to shannon.holmes@scaledsales.co or send a note through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any web request carries.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
